1. What is India Attrition Study?
India Attrition StudyTM is the first of its kind study focused on understanding employee attrition in the Indian context and developing enablers like industry wide "Predictive Retention Practices", "Benchmarking" and "Employer Experience Score". The study is focused to understand the drivers of employee attrition, and also how these factors impact the Organization’s bottom-line. The "ADIEU Model" examines a holistic matrix of predictors: "Affiliations", "Development Initiatives", "Employability" and "Ur work Environment". The study aims at benchmarking the organizations who have built significant value through strong association and affiliation as an Employer, through "StrongEmployersSM"

3. Why should I participate?
The study will provide a valuable insight into the probable attrition areas and in turn, help in building predictive retention practices. The study report will also illustrate how employees rated your company, by giving more in-depth look at employee survey results. The study will benchmark your retention practices with those in the industry. This will enable organizations in determining strengths and weaknesses of their people processes. The study will offer an opportunity to organizations for well- earned recognition through substantial national and local publicity. 5. What does participating in the India Attrition Study involve?
The India Attrition Study is based on the ADIEU Frame work that involves inputs from three sources:

1. Exit Survey (Powered By StrongExitTM)
A sample of leavers from your organization would be surveyed. You will require to provide the leavers data in the prescribed template format. Exit survey process would be deployed in both web and telephony mode.

2. People Process Health Meter
This process involves assessment and analysis of HR processes that act as enablers to the employees with in the organization.

3. Employee Voice
A sample of existing employees from your organization would be surveyed. You will require to provide the leavers data in the prescribed template format. Employee Voice process would be deployed in web mode. Click here to download the database template for the existing employee data.

6. What is the eligibility for the company to participate?
To be eligible, an organization must meet all of the following requirements:

Have a minimum of 1,000 regular full-time India employees for the duration of the process. ("Regular employees" does not include temporary employees, interns etc.)
   
Has been in operation for at least the last two (2) years at the time of the participation. If the organization existed in a different form (e.g. part of another company, under a different name) they are eligible to participate as long as there are employees who have been working at the company for two years or more.
   
If you are unsure that your company meets all of the above requirements, we encourage you to fill out the nomination form so that we can review the specific details of your organization. We are generally unable to provide a definitive answer until we've gathered and carefully reviewed all the details.

10. What are the different kinds of reports that I will get?
Every participant would receive a special cocktail report that will showcase industry benchmarks.

11. Do I get a participation certificate incase I participate?
Every participant would receive a "certificate of participation", along with a copy of the report.

12. What will happen to the data I share from a confidentiality perspective?
We understand that a major motivation for participation in this study stems from the need for better understanding and managing employee attrition to improve your business. As such, nominations are strictly confidential and the names of the organizations that participate will not be published, with the exception of those organizations that are publicly recognized as StrongEmployerTM

13. If my company doesn't make to the final list, will we be named publicly?

14. If we don't participate in the study this year, can we still get a copy of the report on the results?
